    Our Studio

    Our Vision

Our vision is to walk alongside a community of like-hearted souls, co-creating a space where growth, healing, and connection feel natural. Through practices of Yoga, Pilates, Breathwork and Meditation, we invite you to return to yourself~to the place where your own wisdom and healing already live.

We believe you hold everything you need within to come back into balance. Our role is simply to guide, hold space, and remind you of what has always been yours. Whether you’re seeking deep restoration, a spark of renewal, or the joy of reconnecting with self and others, Ora Wellness exists as your retreat~a space to fill your cup, remember your wholeness, and embody your wellness values in everyday life.

    Renew

Awaken the parts of you that have been waiting to breathe again. Through movement, breath, and stillness, we guide you back to your own inner wisdom so you can renew your energy from the inside out.

    Reconnect

Come home to connection—with your body, your spirit, and a community that truly sees you. This is your reminder that you’re never alone on the path, and that every step is a chance to reclaim your vitality.

    Restore

Sink into deep restoration and allow your nervous system to exhale. In this space, you’ll remember that healing isn’t something outside of you—it’s already here, waiting to be felt and embodied.

    Meet The Founders

    Harlee Horomona & Rob Kramme

Ora Wellness was born from our shared passion for transformation, truth, and community. What began as two people walking their own healing paths has grown into a living, breathing sanctuary where others can remember their own wholeness.

Harlee weaves together Somatic Breathwork and NLP Coaching, creating spaces where people can drop the armour, reconnect with their body, and realise they already hold the medicine they seek. Rob brings the grounded strength of a tradie turned yogi, blending Men’s Mental Health advocacy with the depth of Yoga Philosophy and the fire of Ashtanga practice.

Together, we don’t just teach~we walk beside our community. We’re here to hold space, to share tools that have changed our own lives, and to remind you of your capacity to rise, heal, and thrive. Ora Wellness is more than a studio; it’s a community woven from authenticity, connection, and empowerment~and it’s our deepest honour to walk this journey with you.

Ashtanga is a very dynamic and athletic form of yoga composed of a set sequence of asanas. It combines movement, pranayama (breath work), drishti (focus) and the engagement of bandhas (body locks) to increase stamina and muscle strength, reduce blood pressure and stress, and boost mental clarity and concentration.

Although Ashtanga is precise and physically challenging, beginners are welcomed and will be guided through all the series.

This is a mindful slow-flow, combining dynamic movement with some static postures and breath-work at a manageable pace. The slower nature of the practice allows for greater focus on alignment and mindful breathing, making this practice accessible to yogis of all levels. This is a great class to become accustomed to the asanas if you are just beginning in your yoga journey.

Life can get busy and overwhelming. Meditation is a timeless practice that can help us overcome this overwhelm and gradually allow us to experience self-realisation and spiritual fulfilment. The secret to gaining the benefits is to practice it regularly.

Yin works on the deep connective tissues (fascia, tendons and ligaments) and joints, improving flexibility and mobility, and calming and balancing the mind and body. In restorative yin, the longer holds are passive, held and supported through the use of props such as bolsters and blocks. This class will relieve tension in both the body and mind and leave you feeling relaxed and centred.

    Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa is generally a faster practice, however all experience levels are welcomed as modifications and options are provided to suit all different levels of practice, and cues are given to ensure safe body alignment. The focus on pairing the breath with movement aids in quieting the mind, and the dynamic movement allows the heart rate to increase, building cardiovascular fitness and heat internally, allowing muscles to stretch further and deeper. The term ‘vinyasa’ is derived from ‘nyasa,’ meaning to place, and ‘vi,’ meaning ‘in a special way.’ This means we are not throwing our bodies around, but rather bringing consciousness to each movement in every moment.
